Are you struggling to find the right path to healing with an autoimmune condition?
I get it. I’ve been there too. My own autoimmune wellness and personal growth journey started at just 20 years old. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s in 2016, my life changed drastically.
In 2024, I faced another life-altering moment with a transformative divorce. Through these challenges, I’ve embraced my inner strength and resilience, finding solace and empowerment in holistic practices that nurture my body, mind, and spirit.
Now, I’m passionate about sharing my journey and what I’ve learned with you because I know firsthand how powerful these practices can be for healing and growth.
It wasn’t easy, but these tools helped me reconnect with myself.
Manifestation, astrology, yoga, and meditation are the sacred practices I use to connect with a higher power, reduce stress, and live intentionally.
Through divination and manifestation, I honor nature’s cycles, connect with my ancestors, and harness my personal power to create positive change. Yoga and meditation offer me the grounding and mindfulness needed to navigate daily challenges and find peace.
As a RYT200 certified yoga teacher, I have deepened my understanding of these practices, using them as powerful tools for healing and self-discovery.
There is no magic fix, but the AIP diet has been the closest thing to it.
A cornerstone of my wellness journey has been the Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) diet, which has played a crucial role in managing my Hashimoto’s symptoms. It was not easy at first, but with some help, I managed to figure it out. And through prioritizing nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods—and taking very helpful medication—I’ve been able to reclaim my energy and vitality.
I’m constantly learning so I can share the most helpful tips that really speak to where you’re at on your healing journey.
Right now, I’m studying to become an AIP Certified Health Coach because I know how difficult it can be to navigate this protocol. I want to be able to help others in the way I wish I had been helped when I was starting out.
The more I learn, the better I can offer practical advice that is relevant and truly support you in managing your autoimmune condition. My goal is to give you the most accurate, no-nonsense information so you don’t have to struggle through it alone.
